1959 Karmann Ghia Coupe Chassis

We cleaned up the chassis somewhat. This page shows that process in images.

Here's the chassis after we got three new patch panels installed, one each for the driver and passenger and one for the driver's rear area. We also did some other miscellaneous repair like fixing the heater fawcet threads.

After the above photo, the whole thing was wire-brushed clean, then painted and front and rear axles installed. Here's the result:

Here is the chassis, ready to go! Only the wheels need refinishing!
